Weight class OPEN for Advanced (1000€ prize money – 1st: 500€, 2nd: 300€, 3rd 200€) - Minimum 8 participants required
All categories are single elimination

1. LOCATION

ULB - Batiment O
From central station: take metro 5 to ERASMUS, then walk 5 min
Car: The entry of the sport hall is next to the Interparking Bordet - Rue Meylenmeers, 1070 Anderlecht (put the interparking in your gps)

2. DATE AND TIME

SUNDAY APRIL 28th 2024

Doors open at 8.30 AM
Weigh in possible from 9.00 AM until 11 AM - not later - ALL ATHLETES MUST GO THROUGH THE WEIGH IN PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION (ADCC rule)
Fights start at 11.30 AM

3. FEE

Youth: 25 euro
Early bird adult: 40 euro (until 1st of February 2024)
Normal adult: 50 euro
Open category (no early bird): 50 euro

Registrations close on 25/04/2024 at 23:59

2 coaches per team enter for free, 3 coaches per team if you have 4 or more athletes of the team participating.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHANGES

You can adapt your inscription until 20/04/2024 23:59.

You can cancel your inscription until 24/10/2023 23:59 with a 100% refund.
After this date no more refunds are possible.

6. WEIGH IN

Start weigh ins : 9.00 AM
End weigh ins : 11.00 AM
Everyone needs to be weighed in before the fights start.
IT IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ON TIME.

Weigh in is in fight gear, 500g of tolerance is allowed.

Not making weight = DQ

There is no changing of categories on the day of the fights. You can change the category yourself until the 20th of April (23:59) on Smoothcomp.

7. MEDALS AND MONEY PRIZE

For every weight class: the first, second and third place will receive an ADCC medal.

For the OPEN ADVANCED category:
- First place: 500 euro
- Second place: 300 euro
- Third place: 200 euro
